With a Marketing Degree from Kent State University (pre-riot KSU for those who remember) I spent 33 years in various corporate sales, sales management and marketing roles; the whole time working to satisfy Clients and provide more service than expected.  In 1979 we transferred to Marietta and have been in Cobb County ever since.  We´ve seen much change over the years, but this remains a wonderful place to live and work.

The decision to enter Real Estate came in 2003 and we haven´t looked back.  A home is one of the most important investments most of us ever make so we buy with return on investment in mind, and sell to maximize that return. It also helps if the experience is enjoyable, for all involved. Happy Buyers, happy Sellers, happy Agents is one of my objectives.

Primary areas of focus are Marietta, Roswell, Alpharetta, Acworth, Woodstock, Kennesaw and Cumming, within counties of North Fulton, Cobb, Cherokee and Forsyth.  Specialty markets include Active Adult, Luxury Homes, Golf Communities and Recreational Mountain Communities such as Lake Arrowhead, Birch River/Achasta, Big Canoe and Bent Tree.

Some Personal Information

My wife, Dondra, is an integral part of my life, my business and my future.  We each have our own interests, one of mine happens to be golf, but we both enjoy our friends and travel.  We´ve been fortunate enough to visit  beautiful places in the world and plan to do so for as long as we can.
